If you are a Bermudian between 18-25 seeking meaningful entrepreneurial experience, this is your opportunity to begin. Ignite’s Young Adult Internship Programme places participants with some of the island’s most promising startups, many of them Ignite graduates, giving you real-world exposure to the operational and strategic side of growing a business.

Interns gain practical work experience, contributing to active projects and learning directly from founders, community leaders, and business professionals. This hands-on involvement builds essential skills in innovation, teamwork, communication, and problem-solving, all within a supportive environment that reflects the realities of Bermudian entrepreneurship.

In addition to workplace experience, participants attend structured sessions with the Ignite team where foundational entrepreneurial principles are introduced. You are also encouraged to explore your own ideas and interests, with mentorship and guidance available to help shape your career ambitions. This programme is designed to help you grow professionally while gaining confidence and clarity about your next steps.
