Hot Desks

Hot Desk memberships offer you flexibility with non-designated workspaces. Work from any surface, with the choice from a hightable, event space desks, couches, or available cubicles.

Designated Cubicles

Designated Cubicles allow you to have a desk of your own, enabling you to create your own workspace with storage.

Offices

Our small and large offices offer additional privacy, and a personal workspace to make your own. Our small office is suitable for one individual, and the large offices are suitable for two.

Our boardroom is designed to be flexible, whether you're looking for a space for an important meeting, host a workshop, or for a team brainstorm, the foldable tables and smart board make it the perfect space no matter the occasion.

Event Space

Our event space is perfect for guest speakers, networking events, product launches, and more! 

(Only available Monday-Friday after 5pm, and all day Saturday and Sunday)

Digital Studio

Level-up your content in our digital studio, whether you're finally launching that podcast, hosting webinars, or creating masterclasses. Take advantage of our professional lights, mics and camera to take your content to the next level.

FAQs:

  1. As a member, how often do we get access to the space?
    Members get 24/7 access.

  2. I'm part of a co-founding team, can we all access the Co-Lab?
    Co-Lab Hot Desk and Cubicle memberships are on an individual basis and therefore allocated one fob. If both co-founders will be utilizing the space frequently, we suggest getting individual memberships. Otherwise, reach out to the team at ignitecolab@gmail.com to discuss options.

  3. What's the process to sign up?
    The process is simple. Email the team at ignitecolab@gmail.com to let us know that you'd like to join the community, and what workspace you're interested in. After, we will send you an electronic agreement to sign, and you'll be good to go!

  4. Do I need to provide a police report?
    Those who have been through our Core Accelerator Programme are not required to provide a second police check. We will ask those who have not, to share a copy of a report generated within the last 18 months. 

  5. How do I pay?
    Each member will be invoiced at the beginning of each month and expected to make a wire transfer by the end of the month.

  6. Do I need to be a member to rent the boardroom, digital studio or event space?
    No! Anyone has the ability to rent out these spaces, subject to availability. Reach out to ignitecolab@gmail.com with inquiries.
